Bogor, medianasional.id – Two Mekarwangi village residents were injured and one of the residents was seriously injured and received 19 stitches.

Problems began when the Barisan Benteng Raya Padjajaran (BBRP) Bogor City established a secretariat post in the area in the Mekarwangi sub-district, Tanah Sareal sub-district, Bogor City which ended in chaos on Wednesday, December 18, 2019.

As a result of the riots, there were tensions between the two parties, moreover from the BBRP there were people who were sweaping into the neighborhood to look for individuals who were suspected of being provocateurs confusing the problem.

But finally the BBRP secretariat command post was demolished by Bogor PP City Police Unit along with buildings owned by residents at the scene.

Friday (12/20/2019), the legal counsel of residents Yudi Kosasih, SH., Mohammad Fadli Aziz SH., Herdy Sugiar S.H, whose office is at SUCCESS LAW FIRM is located at Graha Pool Building, Jl. Merdeka Bogor city met the chairman of the DPC BBRP Umar Dhani. The legal team finally succeeded in reconciling the two parties and then drafted a Joint Decree to be signed by the parties followed by Peace Mediation at the Taman Sareal District Sub-district office on Tuesday, 24 December 2019.

The Mekarwangi community representatives and BBRP community organizations representatives attended the mediation process and the signing of the joint Peace Decree, which was attended by the MUSPIKA Tanah Sareal Subdistrict, namely the Kapolsek, Danramil, the Sareal Sub-District Head and Village Head, RW 1 Chairpersons and RT 1-4 Heads and Mekarwangi Residents, DPC Chairpersons. BBRP Umar Dhani along with the ranks and attorneys of the citizens.

As for the point of peace in general, each Party agreed to end this conflict and would not continue the Criminal and Civil Code prosecution process. (Rolla)
